Kaweesi Murder Suspects Still in Court

Nakawa chief magistrate’s court has declined to dismiss charges against the group of suspects in the former police spokesperson murder case who were not committed to the high court for trial. The magistrate says he has not had the case file for reference since march this year and hence undecided since terrorism and murder are capital offenses.
