PPDA Tribunal Faults Government

The public procurement and disposal of assets appeals tribunal has faulted government agencies and the authority for the poor service delivery. The tribunal says there are a number of contractors they have blacklisted but govt department doesn’t take heed and continue offering them contracted – and in the end, the taxpayer suffers the consequences.
