Traders Decline to Pay for Garbage Collection

The Solid waste management war in Kampala returns with Nabugabo up deals contract lying in the balance following the President’s visit to downtown Kampala recently. The traders have since refused to pay for garbage collection stating that the president put a stop to the payments. The state of affairs has turned the city into a damp start. Cabinet has now directed Kampala Minister Betty Olive Kamya to present a paper on solid waste management.
