UPDF to Train Officers in Human Rights

Due to allegations of torture, the UPDF has now embarked on training its officers on issues of Human rights. But Human Rights Activist Nicholas Opio says the training is a shred, what needs to be done is a complete sweep of the wrong elements in the army and a complete over haul of the system.
