President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda, Paul Kagame of Rwanda, Felix Tshishekedi of Congo, Loao Lourenco of Angola are expected to meet in Luanda, the capital city of Angola. This meeting is meant to reduce the tension between Uganda and Rwanda that led to the closure of borders between Uganda and Rwanda.
The two parties are expected to sign a deal after which will see Rwanda open its borders with Uganda that were closed under the directive of Rwanda authorities blocking business trucks from accessing either country.
A section of Legislators in Uganda have agreed that closing of border points has not only done a disservice to the business community but has also affected the national unity between Uganda and Rwanda.
President Loao Lourencon with the assistance of President Felix Tshishekedi has played a big role in ensuring that the two presidents Yoweri Museveni and Paul Kagame reach a consensus in their misunderstandings that resulted into closure of border points.
