The family of missing lawyer Patrick Mugisha, has demanded his unconditional release by ISO who they believe have held him captive.
“We want him dead or alive we want to know that he is fine,” said one of his family members while addressing #NBSliveat9. Mugisha, who was reported missing, was last seen being escorted by four unidentified men from his chambers into a double cabin registered UAQ 517K.
