Museveni Officially Opens Judges Conference

President Yoweri Museveni has opened the 22nd Judges’ Annual Conference. The Judges’ Conference has been dabbed the theme, “Discharging the Mandate of the Judiciary, towards a Modern, Professional and Effective Judiciary”. The president says that they are not going back to the tribal states as they get rid of the colonial state. He added that he is now building a free state.
