Days after General Tumukunde announced his bid to stand for the presidency, Rt. Col. Kizza Besigye came out to reveal what he thinks of the General’s decision to run against Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi. Besigye said that the former spy chief is free to exercise his constitutional rights.
