Non-complaint Areas To Be Named And Shamed

Frank Baine, the Uganda Prison’s Service Spokesperson says that they are about to start a campaign of naming and shaming areas that are not complying with the security guidelines. He says that in areas like Nabiingo, people are still going about their normal business after 8:00 pm.

Frank Baine added that in the last 24 hours, 4591 persons have died in the USA. He cautioned Ugandans that this is not a joking matter and revealed that yesterday, 73 people came to his side (prison) for defying the presidential guidelines.
