Internal Affairs Minister Summoned Over Arrest And Torture of Zaake

Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga has summoned Internal Affairs Minister, Obiga Kania over the arrest and torture of Mityana Municipality MP, Francis Zaake.

According to the speaker, she expects the Internal Affairs Minister to table on the floor of Parliament the people who tortured Zaake who is currently admitted at Rubaga hospital.
