South Sudanese Illegally Cross Into Uganda For Covid-19 Treatment
It has been reported that a number of South Sudanese nationals have been sneaking into the country for covid-19 treatment.
They are believed to be using the porous border points in Adjumani and Moyo district manned by inadequate security personnel. This exercise has caused a burden to the people in the area health and security wise as they sneak in using unregulated routes and posing as refugees which could lead to a potential outbreak in the camps.
Hospitals and health centres in the region are believed to be overwhelmed by the numbers.
