COVID19 SOPs NOT Followed in NRM Primaries

The NRM had vowed that the NRM Primaries electoral process would be strictly followed. It hasn’t been the case most part of the electoral process. The moment the political temperature goes high, people forget we are in a scientific election. People pact together nose to nose without masks has been a common scene in most polling stations across the country.
In Butaleja, NBS TV reporter tried to remind the voters about the SOPs and he was quickly dismissed, they told him Coronavirus doesn’t exist in their area.
The NRM party Chairman President Museveni has insisted that the police enforces the guidelines, this is a bit difficult when crowds turn rowdy.
