The Democratic Party President General Norbert Mao has said the whole idea of Uganda needs to be reshaped. Mao said it is self-evident that we are just fenced and we need a new settlement on how we will govern ourselves.
Mao said Uganda today is like a pickup, there are those in the cabin with seat belts and the rest of us in the back.
