Muhammad Nsereko Wins Election Petitition with Costs

Chief Magistrate Esther Nsambu has dismissed an application for vote recount for Kampala Central constituency filed by Fred Nyanzi Ssentamu challenging the win of incumbent Muhammad Nsereko.

The court ruled that the application was filed with no good cause, insufficient and irrelevant evidence based on hearsay.

Nyanzi Ssentamu has vowed to appeal at the High Court for the results to be nullified.
