Kyagulanyi Formally Applies to Withdraw Petition

Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny-Dollo has said that Robert Kyagulanyi’s application seeking to withdraw the Presidential petition will be published in the Uganda gazette then it will be entertained by the Supreme Court.

The court has been adjourned until next week and the respondents have been given two days to respond to the petition withdrawal.
