Underneath the Recent Kidnaps

The government Spokesperson Ofwono Opondo while appearing on The Frontline explained the recent spate of kidnaps saying some are not kidnapped but picked by security, criminals go into hiding and their relatives report them as kidnapped, people trying to settle scores by using private places of detention. OO says it is now a trend to liken the NRM government to Amin and Obote’s regime.
