Heavy Security as Kyagulanyi Heads to CDF Muhoozi’s Office

In a presser he held at the NUP offices in Kamwokya Tuesday morning, Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu expressed concern over the continued arrests and detention of NUP supporters and urged Ugandans to collectively condemn and act.

Kyagulanyi said he is headed to Mbuya to deliver a letter to the CDF Gen. David Muhoozi that expresses discontent and demand the release of those in detention. He said the peaceful demonstration can only stop if their demand is met.

As a result, security has been heavily deployed in Kwokya where the NUP offices are located.
