President Museveni Updates on COVID19

President Museveni reveals he has not yet received the COVID19 vaccine as it has been alleged by Daily Monitor and neither has Janet. The president demanded for the second time that the newspaper apologise for him to overturn his intention to sue.

President Museveni revealed that the country only has 24 COVID-19 patients in the hospitals and only eight of them are severe because the citizens listened to his advice. He advised that the SOPs should continue to be followed.

Museveni said the country is engaged in COVID19 vaccine research and will come up with the best soon.

Currently the most vulnerable and the most at-risk population are receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine.
