Uganda Police with new uniforms for traffic officers

The Uganda Police Force has introduced a new uniform to be donned by traffic police officers while on the road effective tomorrow, Tuesday. 

The new uniform was unveiled by AIGP Asan Kasingye who is also the chairman uniform committee of the police force.

The all-white traffic police uniform which was introduced in 2007 because of CHOGM will be replaced by khaki with an ashe- white beret, belt and girder. Female officers will have special caps.
