Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth II’s husband, has died aged 99, Buckingham Palace has announced.
Prince Phillip married his Queen on 20 November 1947 and he has been by her side until he breathed his last.
He was recently hospitalised and underwent a successful heart procedure.
