Parliament Passes National Budget
Parliament has passed the National resource envelope for the financial year 2021/2022 of 44.7trillion indicating a decline in the National Budget compared to that of the financial year 2020/2021.
According to the Chairperson of the Budget Committee Amos Lugoloobi, the reduction in the National budget has been attributed to the effects of COVID 19 and the reduction in external funding
