Breakdown of Beneficiaries of UGX. 100,000 COVID19 Cash Relief
Cabinet has approved the categories of Ugandans that have severely been affected by the COVID-19 lockdown and who will benefit from the government relief package.
According to the Minister for Gender, Labour, and Social Development, Betty Amongi, the categories include those in urban areas and depend on daily earnings for a living. Minister Amongi says that the government will start sending the UGX 100,000 on July 6th, 2021.
