President Museveni Locks down Uganda due to increasing cases

President Museveni in an evening address to the nation said the numbers were escalating and the only way out was for Ugandans to observe the SOPs. Museveni then announced a total lock-down where he closed down Kikuubo Shopping Centre, banned boda boda from carrying passengers, market women to sleep in the markets, all cars private or public banned from moving and only essential workers will be given chance to go to work.
