Profile of Jesica Alupo, Uganda’s 2nd Woman Vice President

Jesica Alupo becomes the second female Vice President of Uganda after Dr. Specioza Wandera Kazibwe. A Rtd UPDF officer to the rank of a Major, Alupo came to the limelight when she was appointed Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs and later Minister for Education.
