Ugandan travelers risk losing access to other countries amidst the #COVID19 pandemic as more countries record an increase in travelers from Uganda testing positive on arrival, yet they possess negative results.

The Ministry of Health has blamed this on cyber insecurity and operations from unscrupulous people.
