Government Argued to Control Poor Waste Disposal

Irresponsible littering of plastic bottles and polythene is severely affecting urban farmers to realize high yields in their efforts. Some farmers are concerned the plastic bags make soil less fertile ultimately affecting the yield. Now in Mukono Municipality, efforts are on teach population on better waste disposal.
