He made news when he became the Kawempe north legislator and now he is in the news again! Muhamed Ssegrinya claims to fulfilled most of pledges to the people of Kawempe north. Among what he offered are an ambulance, a hospital, a technical institution, an orphanage, Boda Boda ambulance now he says he has made good on most of these in just 40 days in parliament. As Richard Olweny reports, the legislator says he is committed to transforming Kawempe into a model constituency.
