Internal political impasse at FDC

The internal bickering within the Forum for Democratic Change is not about to end as the party begins cracking a whip on its members who defied the party constitution in the 2021 general elections.

FDC is to replace all members who stood as independents after losing the party primaries, as well as replacing members who voluntarily joined NRM or left the party.

This comes on the heels of the appointment of FDC party members in the Shadow Cabinet by NUP’s Leader of Opposition without consultation of the party.
