Plastic Bottle menace in Rural Cash Crop Farms

In an attempt to eliminate plastic wastes in their farms, cash crop farmers in Mukono district have introduced fines against their own customers or visitors found littering plastic wastes in the farms. As Richard Olweny reports, Wasswa Birigwa who has 50 acres of cocoa intercropped with banana levied the penalty due to rampant littering on his farm.
