We Have a Budget Shortfall – Government on Why Kampala Hasn’t Yet Got Cash Relief

The Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social Development has attributed the delay in the disbursement of #COVID19 relief cash to vulnerable groups in Kampala to budget shortfalls.

The Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Aggrey Kibenge says that the Ministry of Finance released less money than what was budgeted for.
