Gen Mugisha Muntu on Continued Closure of Schools

Gen Mugisha Muntu while on Morning Breeze this morning asserted to that schools must be open because the logic that when the children are home they are safe is not true because parents who are moving about can still infect them.

Muntu says the government must listen to advise because they don’t have monopoly to knowledge on COVID-19.
