Gen Paul Lokech Died of Blood clot – Postmortem

A section of MPs under their umbrella, the Acholi Parliamentary Group, has demanded an independent forensic investigation into circumstances under which Maj Gen Paul Lokech mysteriously died on Saturday morning.

The Acholi Parliamentary Group is concerned that mixed information unauthorized by the state on what caused Lokech’s death leaves many more questions than answers on the General’s cause of death.

Uganda Police has officially declared that the fallen Lokech died a natural death following a post-mortem conducted in the presence of a family member and private doctors.

The confirmation stated that the decorated General succumbed to a blood clot in his lung. He is to be laid to rest on 27th August 2021.

Senior government officials, friends, and family members continue to flock Lokech’s home in Kira following his sudden passing.

As the country continues to mourn the fallen soldier, his deeds are still alive among the mourners, and his name promises to remain unforgotten.
