Traders Stranded in Down Town Kampala

Traders have been stranded in downtown Kampala after the Kampala Capital City Authority closed off more arcades over the breach of standard operating procedures set for reopening.

This follows an inspection carried out on 3rd August 2021 by nine joint teams from KCCA, the Ministry of health, the police, and the ministry of trade.
