Next Media’s vision is deeply rooted in informing Ugandans to transform them. You can’t do that if you don’t give them platforms like these. Ours is to tell stories and give a platform.
“The gap in housing gives us gas to push for the plan of decent housing. We continue to bring state holders to talk about issues affecting housing progress and opportunities in housing. Ours is to kick-start the conversation”.

The housing conversation must be heard. House ownership is everyone’s desire. It should be something our generation can achieve.
“Housing Finance Bank has for more than 50 years been committed to bridging the housing gap in Uganda. We’ve developed 100% house financing, we partner with low-cost developers, and also introduced incremental housing loans, among others”.

Eng. Kenneth Kaijuka, CEO National Housing and Construction Company: Housing isn’t about building four walls. It is the environment, services, and functionality you create.

“Housing needs long-term solutions as it is a long-term investment. We need to move from basic housing to long-term housing, housing that stays for generations”.
