Police Before the Security Committee
The Police Force led by Minister of Internal Affairs Rtd. Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire has tabled before the Defense Committee of Parliament nine pending bills awaiting scrutiny.
Top among these is the Small Arms and Light Weapons Control Bill, Amendment of the Anti Terrorism Act 2002, Amendment of the Police Act, and the Explosives Bill, among others.
