Archbishop Kaziimba Mugalu Condemns Manner of Re-arrest of MPs Muhammad Ssegirinya and Allan Ssewanyana

The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, the Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, has criticized how security forces rearrested MPs Allan Ssewanyana and Muhammad Ssegirinya.

Kazimba made the remarks while receiving UGX 30 million as a contribution from the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Anita Among towards the loan repayment of the Church House.
