I&M Take Over Orient Bank

I&M Holdings PLC has taken over Orient Bank Uganda Limited following a successful acquisition of 90% shareholding in the bank early this year.

Bank of Uganda Executive Director in charge of Supervision Dr. Tumubweine Twinemanzi says the takeover comes when some banks exit the banking sector.
