Several Injured in Kampala Twin Bomb Blast


Uganda Police has confirmed three Ugandans dead and three attackers dead in the explosion that happened earlier today, Tuesday 16th November 2021. One bomb that went off was planted right at Central Police Station and the other at a building near Parliament, Jubilee Insurance House.

The police has cited domestic terrorists linked to the ADF as the brain behind the deadly attack that left thirty three injured and five in critical condition. All these have been rushed to Mulago Referral Hospital where they are receiving treatment.

The police was also able to successfully defuse two other bombs, one in Nabweru and the other at a power station near Kooki Towers at Parliamentary Avenue.

The police has also said they have managed to arrest one of the suicide bombers in Bwaise after giving him a good chase from Parliamentary Avenue.

The police has urged Ugandans to be very vigilant.
