All Government Institutions to Pay at Entebbe Express Highway

The Minister for Works and Transport Gen. Katumba Wamala has maintained his stance that no government official except the convoy of the President will be allowed to use the Kampala- Entebbe Express Way without paying.

He, however, notes that if the cabinet can amend the regulations, then the Vice President, Speaker, and Deputy Speaker can be exempted from the toll.
