EC Wants UGX.90 Billion for LC Elections
The Electoral Commission is asking for UGX 90 billion to organize elections for LCIs and IIs, and women councils from village to national level. The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Justice Simon Byabakama, says the elections will be conducted by lining up.
