Leaders in Tororo Forcing Children into Classrooms

Following the poor turn up of learners on the first day in Tororo district, local leaders have teamed up to force children to go to school.

The leaders moved door to door in villages, engaging in running battles with children of school-going age.

The operation left several schools in the district flooded with learners, and the leaders have vowed to continue until communities appreciate the value of education.
