NSSF Bill Signed into Law

President Museveni has signed the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) bill okaying 20% mid term access for workers who have saved for 10 years and are above 45 years. The NSSF (Amendment) Bill, 2021 will grant members aged 45 and above.

The will will also allow people with disability to access their savings if they have saved for 10 years and are above 40 years, they will access 50% of their savings.

The new NSSF act now also allows you to save over and above the normal 15% mandated.
