The Sex Offenders Are Among Us – Police

The Police is investigating a case where a 49-year-old teacher lured a 16-year-old male juvenile to have sex with her well knowing she is HIV positive. The boy has been put on PEP, and his situation is being managed says Uganda Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga.

Enanga says in Madi Okolo, a mother left her 3-year-old juvenile with a 20-year-old who assaulted the child. He was arrested, and he is going to be charged with defilement.

“These cases show how girls are very vulnerable. The predators are not strangers. Be careful with relatives and acquaintances in our homes,” Enanga warns parents.
