Buganda Road Court Wants Kakwenza Arrested
Buganda Road Court has issued an arrest warrant for Kakwenza Rukirabashaija for failing to appear in court today.
His four sureties have been summoned to appear on 11th April 2022 to explain where he is or pay UGX 10 million each.
