Lillian Aber Eyeing the Deputy Speaker Position

Gulu woman MP Lillian Aber wants Acholi region to be considered in the speakership race. She has expressed interest in the Deputy Speaker position that will remain vacant incase the current deputy Speaker Anita Among goes through in the Speakership race.

The Acholi legislators under their umbrella Acholi Parliamentary Group have also expressed the need for the region to be considered by endorsing; Lamwo County MP Hillary Onek for the Speakership, replacing Jacob Oulanyah.

Aber Lillian, Ojara Martin Mapenduzi and Catherine Lamwaka have all been endorsed for the Deputy Speaker office.
