MPs on Lubowa Hospital Construction

Finance Committee of Parliament has threatened to stop the construction of Lubowa International Specialized Hospital over alleged misappropriation of funds following their  assessment of the progress of the works before UGX 319 billion is approved for FINASI.

The Members of the Parliament inspected the construction works and were dismayed after they discovered that there was no contractor at the site. They have recommended for the money to be allocated to other sectors. The MPs have threatened have accused Enrica Pinneti of running a briefcase company.
