Police on Safety of Children as They Return to School

Uganda Police has warned against child abuse as children return to school. The Uganda Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga has highlighted a defilement case at Ambrosoli International School where a teacher was arrested for aggravated defilement of a female three and a half-year-old child.

The police has urged caretakers of children in schools to cross examine the children for any traces of abuse.

The police has encouraged all road users to be careful on the road especially those ferrying children.
