Teso is NRM – Rogers Mulindwa

In the wake of Soroti City by-elections, both the opposition and the ruling party have come out to claim dominance in the region.

In an interview on Morning Breeze this morning, NRM’s Rogers Mulindwa said Teso is purely yellow and that’s why President Museveni rewarded the region by giving them a good portion of the cabinet.
