COP27: EU-Uganda in a Forest Partnership

The European Union and Uganda have signed a bilateral forest partnership to ensure sustainable forest management, forest preservation, and improved climate and biodiversity protection. Other countries that are signatories to this are Congo, Guyana, Mongolia and Zambia.

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Egypt COP27.
