Sarah Opendi with Alcohol Control Bill

Parliament has authorized Tororo woman Member of Parliament Sarah Opendi to draft a bill to regulate alcohol consumption in Uganda.
The harshest proposed punishment would be up to ten years in prison or a 20 million shillings fine.
